That's the problem in classifying it to compare to other areas. The symptoms are too generalized. Fatigue. Anemia. Death by something as vague as heart failure. Even with a flood of death certificates, the Health Department isn't ready to take action. No, they don't know what action to take... Ishida-san from the deparmtnet has prepared fliers to encourage people to come in if they have symptoms that differ even slightly from a summer cold, but that's...

It's a problem for a department to admit to a problem that nobody is ready to solve. Once they say something about it, it becomes their responsibility, too.

Not really efficient? Whatever the case may be, I hope you find an answer soon as possible.

I guess bureaucracy can be a problem in a lot of worlds.
